Description
Larios Premium Apartment B is located in the center of Malaga, very close to the train station – AVE Malaga Maria Zambrano (Vialia) and the bus station. It is a whole apartment of 30 m², 1.1 km from San Andres Beach and 1.5 km from Misericordia Beach. It has 1 double bed and a sofa bed, which makes it ideal for stays of two people, and even 3 people if desired. It also includes the possibility of installing a crib upon request and subject to availability.
Larios Premium Apartment B is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and home automation, with sensors and intelligent devices that guarantee sustainability and energy efficiency, as well as the advantage of being able to check-in and check-out autonomously and immediately.
It has 1 GB high-speed WiFi via fiber optics, Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and a wide range of TV channels, among others. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee maker. In addition to washer and dryer, and ample kitchenware that you may need for cooking. The bathroom has a designer shower and offers a hairdryer and hair straightener, as well as a magnifying mirror for make-up and a full-length mirror. Gel, shampoo, towels and bed linen are provided by the apartment upon arrival. It also has a clothesline, iron and ironing board for clothes.
The apartment has an innovative pressurised Air Ventilation System capable of renewing all the air in the flat every hour, which guarantees a fresh, clean and pure environment, free of mites, bacteria and other harmful agents suspended in the air. This technology provides a very healthy environment as it eliminates the relative humidity and thus the condensation of water in cold areas that prevents the appearance of harmful mould, and in turn creates a homogeneous and pleasant temperature throughout the room.
The apartment is equipped with PVC windows with double glazing for better thermal and acoustic insulation, to ensure a better rest and pleasant stay.
In the vicinity of the apartment there are several supermarkets with extended opening hours, various restaurants and traditional inns, a playground, gym and various stores. Due to its central location, Larios Premium Apartment A is the ideal accommodation to visit Malaga and all its monuments and tourist attractions, it is also very well connected by public transport (bus, metro, train).
Shuttle service to/from the airport and the train station is available, as well as Late Check – Out, “We fill your fridge” and private parking space, for a supplement.

Larios Premium Apartment A, like the rest of our apartments, has the option to book breakfast included in your stay, offered in one of the best cafes in the center of Malaga, and composed of one of the following options for each of the guests:

Apartment rules
- Smoke-free apartment, no smoking allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parties or events may be held.
- Guests should minimize noise from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight in the apartment.
- Do not touch the energy efficiency devices and sensors placed on windows, roof, door and air conditioning. Any tampering or breakage will be charged from 150 €.
- The theft or damage of materials and equipment from the apartment will incur a charge for the full amount of the repair or replacement.
- Washing machine and dryer use schedule:
- From 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- From 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

As a location, it is in the perfect place away from the craziness but still close to it so that you dont have to go far to see the town centre (couple of mins and youre there) The amount of facilities provided inside the apartment, had everything from hairdryer and kitchen utensils, to washing machine and playstation :) Friendliness and attentiveness of the host. Blanca was amazing and always checked up on us if we had any issues. Even has parking available very close to the apartment for a small fee, much cheaper than any other parking in Malaga city centre ☹ Bathroom area stays a bit damp as there is no windows.
