Larios Premium Apartment A is located in the center of Malaga, very close to the train station – AVE Malaga Maria Zambrano (Vialia) and the bus station. It is a whole apartment of 30 m², 1.1 km from San Andres Beach and 1.5 km from Misericordia Beach. It has 1 double bed and a sofa bed, which makes it ideal for stays of two people, and even 3 people if desired. It also includes the possibility of installing a crib upon request and subject to availability.

Larios Premium Apartment A is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and home automation, with sensors and intelligent devices that guarantee sustainability and energy efficiency, as well as the advantage of being able to check-in and check-out autonomously and immediately.

It has 1 GB high-speed WiFi via fiber optics, Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and a wide range of TV channels, among others. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee maker.
