Picasso Premium Apartment is located in the center of Malaga, in a quiet area to ensure a good rest. It is a whole apartment of 30 m², 1.5 km from La Malagueta Beach. It has 1 double bed and a 2-seater sofa bed, which makes it ideal for stays of two people, or even 4 people if desired. It also includes the possibility of installing a crib upon request and subject to availability.
Picasso Premium Apartment is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and home automation, with sensors and intelligent devices that guarantee the sustainability and energy efficiency of the apartment, as well as the advantage of performing Check-In and Check-Out autonomously and immediately.
It has 1 GB high-speed WiFi via fiber optics, Play Station, wireless headphones, Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and a wide range of TV channels, among others. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee maker. In addition to a washing machine and ample kitchen utensils that you may need for cooking. The bathroom has a designer shower and offers a hairdryer and hair straightener, as well as a magnifying mirror for make-up and a full-length mirror. Gel, shampoo, towels and bed linen are provided by the apartment upon arrival. It also has a clothesline, iron and ironing board for clothes.
The apartment is equipped with PVC windows with double glazing for better thermal and acoustic insulation, to ensure a better rest and pleasant stay.

- Smoke-free apartment, no smoking allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parties or events may be held.
- Guests should minimize noise from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight in the apartment.
- Do not touch the energy efficiency devices and sensors placed on windows, roof, door and air conditioning. Any tampering or breakage will be charged from 150 €.
- The theft or damage of materials and equipment from the apartment will incur a charge for the full amount of the repair or replacement.

As a location, it is in the perfect place away from the craziness but still close to it so that you dont have to go far to see the town centre (couple of mins and youre there) The amount of facilities provided inside the apartment, had everything from hairdryer and kitchen utensils, to washing machine and playstation :) Friendliness and attentiveness of the host. Blanca was amazing and always checked up on us if we had any issues. Even has parking available very close to the apartment for a small fee, much cheaper than any other parking in Malaga city centre ☹ Bathroom area stays a bit damp as there is no windows.
